SINGA Scholarship 2025 – Fully Funded

The SINGA Scholarship 2025 provides an incredible opportunity for doctoral studies in science and engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), an esteemed institution in Asia. This scholarship program, a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) and NTU, invites students to engage in pioneering research guided by distinguished researchers.

What distinguishes the SINGA Scholarship is its unique admissions process no GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT I & II, or GATE scores are necessary. Instead, applicants spoken and written English skills are evaluated during the interview. Spanning 4 years, this scholarship offers a platform for academic excellence and research growth.

Financial Benefits

The SINGA Scholarship 2025 is a fully funded program that provides the following benefits to the selected students:

  • Full tuition fees
  • Monthly stipend of S$ 2,700 and a top-up of S$ 500 per month after passing the Qualifying Examination
  • One-time airfare grant of up to S$ 1,500
  • One-time settling-in allowance of S$ 1,000
  • Medical insurance
  • Conference allowance

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be international students (non-Singaporeans/non-PRs)
  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Have a strong interest and passion for research
  • Have good academic records and research potential
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good written and spoken English
  • Meet the admission requirements of NTU

Application Process

The application process for the SINGA Scholarship 2025 is as follows:
